“A Shoulder To Cry On” depicts the story of Lee DaYeol, who dreams of becoming an archery master, and Jo TaeHyun, who hides his feelings because of past wounds. OMEGA X’s JaeHan has been cast as Lee DaYeol. He is a member of the archery club and gets wrapped up in rumors when he meets Jo TaeHyun. This puts his archery scholarship at risk. Archery is everything to him and he trains hard not because he wants to win, but out of a fear of losing. It is his life. In the webtoon, Lee DaYeol gets flustered and his face turns red easily. He may seem weak but as an athlete, he is physically incredibly strong. He also seems indecisive but shows determination at unexpected moments. He is a kind and diligent character despite having many concerns. JaeHan is handsome just like his webtoon character and his role promises an emotional delivery of his character. Whereas, OMEGA X’s YeChan has been cast as Jo TaeHyun. He is a self-proclaimed sociopath. He gets in trouble for fooling around in the nurse’s office but spins the story to blame it on Lee DaYeol. In the webtoon, Jo TaeHyun is assumed to be a cold person but actually gets emotional quite often. He exhibits signs of lacking affection, which might be linked to how he grew up. He doesn’t show his feelings on the outside but reacts calmingly even when faced with conflict. He finds it hard to open up about his pain in the past. Not only do YeChan and his character have a strong handsome resemblance but fans are looking forward to seeing his character arc as he shows a lot of change later in the story. Fans are also looking forward to seeing the dynamic between the members because they are the oldest and youngest members of their group and the story has a lot of emotional aspects to it.
